Consulting is our core service. We work with you to tackle a challenge, develop a plan, improve your program, or assess a situation that will benefit from our advice. Analysis, collaboration, teaching and coaching are our primary methods. We listen! As work progresses we will guide you to implement wise plans and suggestions, and will help measure your success.  

We offer several areas of Consultation and we will work with you to customize a contract to meet your needs:

With a three-person firm, we can provide a single consultant or a team depending on your needs and preferences.  Usually we assign a primary consultant as well as a back-up who stays fully informed and ready to jump in when it is useful or when you can benefit from specialized skills. Your fees are based on the time your primary consultant spends on your contract; if you meet with two consultants at the same time you will be billed a reduced cost for team time.
