When you embark on a capital campaign or a special project campaign, you may be in unfamiliar territory. We can coach you through the mysteries, frustrations and joys of these bigger, more challenging fundraising efforts.
Some of our campaigns start with Feasibility or Planning Studies that we conduct, some have had another recent study, and some (usually smaller campaigns) do not do a study at all. We work with you and provide coaching designed exactly to your needs, providing the expertise and guidance you need. We work with you on everything from case development, timelines, prospect identification and research to solicitation strategy and training, materials development and trouble-shooting …..plus critically important help in maintaining momentum and providing fresh perspective when you need it.
We will work with you to design a consulting relationship that offers you enough support, but not more than you need or can afford. We will not ‘run’ the campaign but will help you find the right on-site people to do that, as staff or volunteer. Together we will determine the amount of consultation you need depending upon the scope of the campaign, your internal strengths and gaps, and any unusual circumstances you are facing.
