You might benefit from an intermittent or occasional consulting relationship, where you can get help when you need it and with no obligation to keep to a regular schedule.  We often develop a relationship like this with an organization after a more extensive working agreement, for instance following up after a capital campaign or an assessment.  We stay informed about your work, listen to your concerns, provide constructive advice and comment, help you realign or re-focus, and boost or maintain momentum.

The terms of a coaching arrangement vary greatly according to the organization's needs, flexible in duration and in frequency.  In some cases it can simply be an occasional ‘check in.’ It’s a great way to keep growing, jump on new ideas, get answers to questions, and deepen the success and professionalism of your fundraising. We have no minimums or retainers, and work with you to determine the best way to meet your needs.
